Shipping policy

Petal & Posy items are HANDMADE and take approx 3-5 business days to create, pack and then ship your order. Please kindly note that I am a one woman show and during busy seasons/monthly collection drops, this time may be extended by a day or two!

All items are shipping via Canada Post/Chit Chats/UPS/USPS. The prices you see during checkout are synced to charge exactly the cost they set forth.. 

Orders between $100-$249 Canadian (after discounts, before taxes) currently ship free in WESTERN Canada (BC,Alberta, Saskatchewan & Manitoba). Eastern & Northern Canada (all provinces except BC, AB, SK and MB) have a flat rate of $14 shipping and orders of $125-249 ship free.
The shipping time on these is usually 1-3 weeks. Orders placed to British Columbian addresses will be charged 7% PST. All Canadian provinces are charged GST or HST depending on on provincial tax laws. 

DIGITAL PRINT ORDERS are sent to the email you complete your order with. Please check your junk/spam folders as they may come with attachments. They will arrive from the email address Hello@shoppetalandposy.com ONLY. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (All countries that are NOT Canada), please note: you may be charged duties/taxes for purchases than enter your country. These are the customer's responsibility to pay. International orders take on average 7-22 business days to arrive and and will come with tracking. It is ILLEGAL to mark your order as a gift, so please do not ask. Contents are marked at true value so your parcel has the proper insurance. Orders of $150 Canadian or more will ship FREE WORLDWIDE. 

ITALY & SPAIN - Due to the Italy and Spain post system repeatedly not delivering packages or notifying customers to pick up their packages, we no longer can ship to these countries. You may however use a parcel forwarding service to order, at your own discretion.  

EU CUSTOMERS

Please note, that at this time Petal & Posy DOES NOT CHARGE VAT at checkout. As we are based in Canada, you may be responsible for VAT/taxes/duty upon the arrival of your order.
